Terms of Service
CAMM Media LLC is a web site design firm and all the content you’ll find on www.cammmedia.com and/or virginiabeachwebdesign.org is owned by the CAMM Media LLC. This includes, but is not limited to text,logos, graphics (site design) as well as images.
Once an order is placed with CAMM Media, you concur that you agree with and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
- Any work done by CAMM Media for any client which includes, but is not limited to the scripts, coding or software, unless mutually agreed by CAMM Media and said client, will be copyright of CAMM Media and should not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and written permission of CAMM Media.
- CAMM Media cannot be held liable for copyright violations caused by materials and content submitted to us by the client. All clients agree to be held liable for any and all civic/legal lawsuits and will be responsible for all costs incurred by CAMM Media in defending any copyright violations. This includes, but is not limited to all attorney fees, court costs, and revenue lost during any trials/proceedings.
- CAMM Media will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines, even if CAMM Media is advised of the possibility thereof.
- CAMM Media will not be liable for non execution of project for reasons not in control of CAMM Media
- CAMM Media may from time to time have 3rd party advertisements on its site. You agree that we are not responsible for the use of any product or service advertised on our site (even if it is recommended by CAMM Media)
- CAMM Media may at its discretion contract any or all of your project to a 3rd party vendor.
